COMMUNICATION FROM THE CHAIRPERSON BOARD OF ADVISORS
The goal of EMLI is to improve conditions, both immediate and long-term, for the poorest and most vulnerable populations in communities. However, the COVID-19 pandemic presented countries with unprecedented challenges in 2020, requiring them to respond quickly to major disruptions in health care, economic activity, and livelihoods. EMLI took swift and comprehensive action, and quickly on-boarded to the new working modes. We therefore express our heartfelt thanks to the staff.
